The Yellow Warbler is a fairly common spring and fall migrant on campus in late April to early June and August to October. It is a common migrant and breeding bird in riparian woodlands in southern California.

High Count: 8, Average Count: 2-3

The adult male Yellow Warbler can be identified by it bright yellow plumage with rusty breast streaks. Females and immature males are yellow overall with a narrow white eye ring.
